Florida is finally having some of the cold snaps that the rest of the States is, no doubted, already experiencing. Which means, our lows are in the upper 40's, and I'm not enjoying it whatsoever. Thankfully, we do get bursts of sunshine, so this weekend, we get up to the 70's. UGH -it's not even officially Winter yet T_T
Lately, I find myself unable to get out of bed until noon. My body is seriously burying itself into the bed and staying there XD
I've been on Winter Break from school for a week now. I keep forgetting to update here, because most of my daily fangirling and going-ons are put on Twitter ^_^ Though, I am storing a few topics to picspam.
Grades still haven't come out, but I'll probably make a post about that when they do. Christmas cards will be sent out very soon :Db
A while back, you may have seen a post asking for you to fill out a survey about your participation in JE fandom by
jinniinfandom, and now, her Master's thesis is done!
It's so intriguing to read an academic paper on the online JE fandom, something we thought was just a hobby ;) It's really more than that! This thesis provides an insight on why we love JE, why we continue to fangirl, but also the idea that we learn a little bit more of the international culture through online fandom. I can't do this thesis justice with this summary, but do take a look :)
