Drama Watch Along # (I've lost count)
Sep. 18th, 2013 05:16 pmWhile the current drama season is kinda slow or winding down, let's start another round of this!
It is open to everyone, so feel free to spread the news on your flists! If this is your first time, this is how it usually runs:
1. Everyone joins in choosing a drama. This can be done in comments/email/PM.
2. Once nominations are in, we notify participants of the nominated dramas by email after a couple days. Participants will then have a chance to veto a certain number of dramas that they absolutely refuse to watch. Finally, participants will vote on which of the remaining dramas they most want to watch, and the one with the highest rating will be our DWA selection.
3. Then we watch specified number of episodes (probably 2-3, depending on the length) every week, and the host will post on Sundays to get a discussion going between all participants in the comments.
You can join in the discussion at your leisure or just watch without commenting. It is recommended that you track those posts so you won't miss out on new comments ;)
If you are interested in participating, COMMENT HERE (or wherever you find most convenient) WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR DRAMAS. The dramas must be (1) Asian, (2) fully subtitled, and (3) a "normal" length (i.e., not an asadora or tanpatsu, etc.). You may suggest as many as you want.
