YAY~ it's Fall Break (all of two days, Thursday and Friday, but since I only have class Tues/Thurs, I get a whole week off:D), so I'm spending time fangirling, woot:D
I've decided to update my "boyfriend's" list, because these boys are totally squee-worthy:)

Recently, I've watched two Kamen Rider series, Den-O and Kiva, and even though they are meant for a younger audience, it's riveting:P
If you don't know what it is, it's basically like Power Rangers, but with different themes. Kamen Rider Den-O's theme was Time as well as people's wishes. There are these creatures, Imagin, who want to destroy the future, and do so by traveling to the present, granting people's wishes. As payment for the wishes, the Imagin get to travel into the past using that person's strongest memory (usually related to the wish granted, like reuniting with runaway daughter) and destroying the past. There's this kid, Ryoutarou Nogami, who is the most honest, mild, and has the worse luck, who gets involved in this mess. Turns out, he is a Singularity Point, which means no matter where he travels in time, his 'storyline' would not be affected. He accidentally stumbles upon the DenLiner, which is a train that travels in time and helps him with destroying the Imagin. Along the way, we meet characters pertinent to his survival. In fact, 4 Imagin possess Ryoutarou, in order for him to fight at all, and they have different skills. ANYWAYS-here's the actor who plays him: he's freaking adorable!

There's another person within this series who is fraking amazing, and his character, though abrasive, is lovable. Sakurai Yuuto, who is a fellow Kamen Rider, but was employed by his future self to help Ryoutarou, because the Imagin get stronger along the way. In fact, Yuuto was the fiance to Ryoutarou's sister, Airi, but there's a twist there that I won't ruin in case you ever wanna watch it:P
Nakamura Yuichi (OMW-this hottie used to be a Johnny's until he quit and pursued acting, but he also joined a band called 'D-Boys.' Funny thing, if you change NakaMURA to NakaMARU and keep the first name, you get the member from KAT-TUN:P)

NOW, Kamen Rider Kiva has another interesting theme involving Time, but the creatures this time are called Fangire, that suck the life energy of people. It sort of has a vampire theme to it, which was why I was attracted in the first place. I found it much more riveting than Den-O, although Den-O did pick up near the middle. The story is actually separated by two time lines, 1986 and 2008, that slowly merge. The person who will be Kiva, has the Kiva device all along, inherited I guess. It's called Kivat the 3rd, it looks like a bat, and it flies around and talks back;p Kiva is Kurenai Wataru and he's also a shy boy who thinks he's allergic to the world. He makes violins and is always accompanied by this girl who 'crushes' on him, and takes care of him at the same time. Wataru is always finding new strange ingredients to put in the varnish that he makes for his violin (like boiled fish bones and yea...). His dad (who is in the 1986 time line, Otoya, a womanizer) made one of the greatest violins, and Wataru wants to replicate it. That violin actually 'plays' whenever a Fangire is present. In any case, I've talked enough; it would take too many words to convey the amazingness that is Kiva's story:P
Here's Kiva: Seto Koji (who's actually in the same band as Yuichi)

Here's his dad, lol: Takeda Kouhei (he's in a band called "PUREboys"- see a pattern?? lol)

Finally, the last in the Kamen series- Taiga played by Yamamoto Shouma. He plays Wataru's childhood friend that shows up quite late in the series (ep 30ish-yea, mostly 49 23-min eps)and is involved in quite a large twist so I won't reveal much. I've actually seen this actor in another work, Garo: Beast of the White Knight movie, and didn't realize it was the same person, because his hair was shorter and spiked. I prefer his look here:P

Hiraoka Yuta

He's always played the kind, supporting actor, and I love his subtle, yet amazing acting. I've always noticed him; I've watched 4 of his works already:P He's got some killer dimples too:p

Hm...who else can I add to this list??
OHH-DBSK (Korean)
[livejournal.com profile] madpig4lifeis totally against me liking this band, lol, and I'm like...well, they were originally supposed to be an a'cappella quintet, which is pretty amazing right there. They can sing, dance, act, speak Korean, Japanese, sing Chinese and English, and look great, so, I don't see what's wrong:p I'm not like dying over them, but I admit, they're not half bad;p Their voices are authentic, not like how some singers sound better on CD than live. I wouldn't exactly want everyone one of them as my b/f, but they're nice to look at;) I recommend the song "Doushite kimi wa suki ni shimattan darou" (yea, long title, I know) a.k.a "Why Did I Fall For You?" Or their current single "Mirotic," it's very erotic and hip-hope like:P

Anyways-here's some other updates.
So, I'm planning on writing a NEWS fanfic involving the game "Onigokko." Basically, you have a team of Onis (demons) and a team of "prey," and the prey have to hide and run from the Onis. It's like manhunt, but better...because NEWS is involved;p
There was a Ya-ya-yah series that inspired me, because they did it, and Koyama is love (that's not relevant here, but it sort of always is). Check it out: The Onigokko Series on Crunchyroll
And the best part is that I'm gonna make them vampires!! What do you think?? Yay-nay??
And there will be a movie coming out with the same idea: The Real Onigokko The Real Onigokko movie trailer

Another fic idea I had was based on Hana Kimi, except you apply it to Johnny's. Basically, a girl is a huge fan of the JE boys, and disguises herself as a young boy herself to get into the agency. Once she succeeds, somehow...antics of her trying to see her beloved sempais will occur and fun, yea?
If you don't know what Hana Kimi is, please watch the series:
Hana Kimi, Japanese version
There is a Taiwanese version as well, it's good too, but the Japanese version is much better.

Finally, I'm advertising a movie called Secret: Secret
It's a musician's love story...and Jay Chou, though I've never seen his work before, is brilliant!!
Have to watch it!!

In any case, I guess I've bored you enough:p
Thanks for reading:D
Have a nice day!!
