Fighting Man

owaranai_natsuNEWS' "Fighting Man" PV is out and the song is really great! Sasuga, Zopp-san :D
The set and lighting is great. The visual effects, like the shiny glares on the set's background and the angle changes are nice and they aren't as acid!trip like "Koi no ABO" was. I like the concept that listening to this song is going to motivate you to shut down your tech. devices, get out of your armchair, and do something ;)
Everyone's so smiley and energetic, like when Koyama comes in and does a jumping "whoa"!Hi at the camera and it just seems like everyone's enjoying themselves. The verse leading into the chorus is really good, especially with Tegoshi's harmony. I'm really loving the dance moves; the hands shaking it off kinda deal, lol. Yamapi's got groovin dance moves towards the end and Koyama fake boxing into Tegoshi at the very end :P Even the boxing poses are fun to play with and it's not at all cheesy :Db
While I was procrastinating, I looked up some statistics on last.fm and found that the most listened song from Kanjani8 this week has been "Baby, Baby," so there seems to be a general fandom consensus that that song is hella awesome ;)
I still have the tracks on repeat and now that I know what happens in the movie, it's like "itsuka itsuka itsuka kaeru hi made, kimi to sugoshita jikan wasurenaiyo" takes on a deeper meaning for me. And listening more intently at the lyrics for "monogram," I finally understand how certain lines like, "ne, namae mo shiranai, kimi wo dakishime, boku mo omowazu gurai" are in there. And I could totally place the PV for "kitto shiawase ga kimi wo matteru" next to the scene where Okura tries to sweet talk information from that older lady; he just wants the best for the baby *wibbles* The movie and the music is slowly digesting and coming more and more to life, and together, they may possibly beat my love for the "Puzzle" album. Though, "Puzzle" was the album that got me into the Kanjani8 fandom, so it'll never lose its special meaning to me ♥
Day 26 → OMG WTF? Finale –Long Love Letter.
Seriously, the ending...WHAT?! Everything we just went through/saw, did it really happen, will it happen again, or did the future just change? What threw me for a loop was the title! It's a long love letter alright, just not to who or what you'd expect it to be...lol XD
