Epiphany
First of all, I realized about a month ago, that LJ could almost be an autobiography of sorts. That's probably not news to you, but it would be cool to actually see someone look back on this, and be able to know 'hey, that's my life story,' lol.
My second realization was that fanfiction stories are like episodes. I mean, some are as long as 60 chapters, but it takes about 60 pages per episode to shoot everything, so, yeah. Fanfiction=episodes. Since I recently discovered Virtual Stargate, I feel the need to create my own stargate universe, on top of working 28hrs and going to college full-time. That's really smart of me, but I want to. I don't have any plots in mind, although wild, inconceivable ones have run through here and again....for example:

1) Jack, being who he is, puts a few boxes of classified files in the back of his truck. Not realizing how the wind can be fierce at times, he drives them home with no paper weights whatsoever. Basically, civilians get a hold of classified mission reports that are never aired:)

2)In an alternate universe, Amanda Tapping dies (omg, knock on wood and god forbid)and we see her journey through, not purgatory, but something else. It's based on the theory that you don't die until everyone has forgotten you, and when you do, you transcend to someplace that only you can find out for yourself; there is no going back. It's kind of a mix between ascended land and purgatory. There's going to be a massive town where we will introduce new characters and such.

That's all I've got other than random plot bunnies here and there, which are very short. My muse is not aMusing me, haha. Anyways, yeah, that's bout it....grrr...

Squee!
Ok, I just found out that Phillip Pullman's 'His Dark Materials Series,' the first book is being made into a movie. 'The Golden Compass' is among one of my favorite books, and Phillip Pullman is one of my favorite authors. Anyways, what's even more exciting is that I find out that Eva Green is playing Serafina Pekala, and Daniel Craig is playing Lord Asriel. What's even better is the chemistry between the two actors when they were in Casino Royale, which was amazing! So, this is going to be a great movie. It's coming out in late 2007, but I'm so excited for it.
My other squee is for Jen coming home and all the juicing gossip I get to hear, plus the realization that she'll be here for Christmas break and summer, so yay:)
